I found a recipe for a Peach and Nectarine Relish a couple of years ago. I clipped out the recipe and put it away until the stone fruit season. When the season came around I could not find the recipe anywhere.
2 years later I found the recipe tucked into a 'safe' place in a hand written recipe book.
