We have a 1950's saucer chair in the garage covered in sheep skins that the cats like to lie on in the winter. They are safe in the garage, can come and go through a window, and the morning sun shines right on the chair. Usually it is the fist one on the chair gets it for the morning. For the very first time in about 12 years we found them on the chair together.

Maxi was obviously there first and Rexi just sat on top of him. Rexi is more than twice his size. Maxi is not impressed.

30 minutes later I went out to check on the situation. Rexi had won. How relaxed does he look!
